Application Information

  • Application Deadline : ~2024.07.24(WED)

  • Payment Deadline Notice

    STEP1

    You would be paid 50% of a deposit within 5 days from the application date

    STEP2

    Remaining balance must be paid in fully by the application deadline (July 24,2024)

  • Cancellation procedure

    Cancellation of participation is governed by
    ‘Article 6 (Cancellation or Change of Participation by Exhibitor)’
    of the Exhibition Participation Regulations, and is applied as follows

  • Cancellation before the application deadline

    Differential cancellation fees will apply depending on the date of cancellation notice

  • Cancellation after July 24th, 2024

    The participation fee will not be refunded in full
